The Structure
Every Wednesday (the in between day of the week) at 6:30 PM MTN we gather on zoom for 90 minutes of community, education and support. The aim is to articulate, create meaning and of course manifest real and lasting change in their day to day lives OUTSIDE of medicine....
Each evening will have a focus on an integration category, and/or a specific tool and process to assist us all to take another step and apply our discoveries in real time in real life.
The goal is to live our lives in a more aligned manner while sharing our experiences of what is working and what is not...
Currently we have 14 categories that we are curating content and support for to support you in powerful, simple, tactical and practical ways to integrate your experiences, live into your healing and manifest your VISION!
In addition if you are in our area...or you want to jump on a plane you are welcome to attend quarterly in person socials at our home in Calgary (at least until we outgrow our house :)

Fifteen years and over 2000 teacher training hours of various movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and somatic therapeutic modalities under her belt.
Internal Family Systems, Somatics and Breathwork
have become the focus of Marins work in the past five years. With these modalities, her goals have become to normalize mental health struggles, teach others how to map out and befriend their nervous system, and lead experiences of embodied movement, breath and mindfulness to utilize the power of growing and healing together.
Gemma Stone
For over twenty years, Gemma has offered behind-the-scenes support to side hustling solopreneurs, best selling authors, athletes, civic leaders, real estate tycoons, venture capitalists, brilliant creators, startup founders, and executives of billion-dollar companies.
Her work blends a few degrees in psychology and business acumen, with a generous handful of post-graduate training in multiple trauma processing techniques, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy neuroscience, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, and more.
